Svenska Bilsportförbundet ingår i det internationella bilsportförbundet FIA, vars ursprungliga mål grundades 1904 för att tillföra en sammanhängande styrning och säkerhet till motorsporten.

FIA Member Organisations are granted an exclusive access period of eight days (starting from today 11 juni) to view open positions before they are made public. These professional opportunities will then be shared on FIA recruitment platforms.

Candidates interested in an open FIA training, job or consultancy position can send their application, CV and covering letter directly to the contact person indicated in the job posting.

The FIA will include the candidate in the recruitment process, which follows the same procedure as for external candidates. Applicants will be informed at each stage of the status of their application.

FIA University Advanced Leadership Programme 2024.

We are thrilled to announce the opening of registration for our prestigious Advanced Leadership Program (ALP)! Scheduled to take place from September 23-27, 2024 in the breathtaking locations of Geneva, Switzerland, and Chamonix, France, this program is designed to elevate your leadership skills and professional growth.
Registration Period: Opens on June 4, 2024, and closes on August 1, 2024.

REGISTRATION: FIA Regional Training Programme - Stewards

Further to our announcement concerning the launch of the FIA Regional Training Programme - Stewards we are delighted to share a registration link with you for your chosen delegates to register.

To remind you, the delivery will occur exclusively online, providing greater access to training via a consistent spread of the webinars as opposed to a one-off event, also allowing opportunity for topical content that is adaptable to the changing needs of the sport through the year.

Each ASN is invited to nominate up to 4 candidates to attend this Programme on the following conditions:

  • Candidates have never attended the previously delivered FIA International Programme for Officials: Stewards
  • Each ASN must nominate a 50% gender mix
    And
  • Each ASN must nominate 50% of the candidates under the age of 35 years old


ASNs are encouraged to consider their nominations aligned to support the FIA’s promotion of equality and diversity.

The dates for each of the sessions are:

The information in the registration form is collected to ensure compliance with participation requirements and / or for statistical usage.

This registration link is for ALL sessions - Even if a candidate can not attend the first session they must register on this link to be considered for the programme.

  • Please use one email address (the personal email of the individual concerned) to register.
  • ASNs must respect the above mentioned conditions: x 4 candidates with a 50% gender mix and 50% under the age of 35 years old
  • Deadline for Registration is 17 June 2024.

Upon receipt of a nomination, it will be reviewed – and subject to meeting the criteria we will confirm the candidate’s participation with them directly. A reminder and access link sent out 1 week, 24 hours and 1 hour in advance of each session. It is the responsibility of the individual candidate to attend each session.

Genom den expertis som erhållits inom FIA har det internationella förbundet sedan dess vuxit till en global organisation som inte bara främjar motorsport, utan också säkerhet, hållbarhet och tillgänglig mobilitet för alla trafikanter över hela världen.

FIA arbetar med både sport och mobilitet.

FIA:s engagemang i motorsport är nästan lika gammal som själva bilen. När racing från stad till stad blev populärt i början av 1900-talet. Men då mycket tävlande genomfördes utan några regler för säkerhet eller rättvis konkurrens, allierade sig Automobile Club de France med 12 internationella föreningar från hela världen för att bilda Association Internationale des Automobile Clubs Reconnus, den direkt föregångare till FIA. 1950 invigde FIA Formel 1-världsmästerskapet och började därmed FIA:s utveckling till en global motorsportkraft. Från Formel 1 till World Rally Championship och från uthållighetsracing till den helt nya tävlingsformer och alternativa energimästerskap finns en stor motorsportbredd inom FIA. FIA:s passion för motorsport och dess engagemang för att säkerställa fair play och säkerhet för alla tävlande är oförminskad.

Inom mobilitet strävar FIA efter att säkerställa att säkra, prisvärda och rena transportsystem är tillgängliga för alla. Främjandet av säkra och hållbara former av mobilitet har i sin tur lett till att FIA engagerar sig i globala hållbarhetsinitiativ och har också hittat sitt eget stora svar på trafiksäkerhetsproblem, FIA Action for Road Safety. Denna världsomspännande kampanj, till stöd för åtgärder av trafiksäkerhet, syftar till att minska antalet dödsfall på vägarna. Som det styrande organet för motorsport säkerställer FIA att rättvisa, skickligt reglerade och framför allt säkra evenemang genomförs i alla hörn av världen.

I slutändan är FIA:s mål enkelt – att hålla dig i rörelse, säkert och dynamiskt.
